I don’t really assign days to my menu. I just kind of choose 5-6 meals (we eat out a couple of times a week. It’s something we plan for and REALLY enjoy doing.) and make them when it makes sense.
This week has a lot more beef than I feel I normally use? I’m using up the meat I have in the deep freeze though and steak is what we have an abundance of! (oh…what a hardship!)

:: Balsamic Flank Steak over a salad with blue cheese and warm bacon dressing
:: Crockpot Round Steak

:: Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings (veggie to be determined…)
:: Chicken Parm in the Crockpot served over spaghetti (most likely with a simple salad)
Hmm, can you tell I like those blue bowls? LOL
