So I’m going to try this again. I’ve never once been contacted, so I assume that means I have never qualified. I just filled out the form again (quite long), and I’m hoping the 4th time is a charm?

I did try the NCP program. On my first shopping trip home from the grocery store, I started scanning the 115+ items I had just bought, the scanner wouldnt accept the item unless I also entered the price. This extra step, (not mentioned anywhere…) more than quadrupled the time I would have to spend, plus sometimes on the receipt you cant tell what is what… They did make it easy to return the equipment though…
LOL, glad it was easy to return! To me, this sounds like one of those love it or hate it offers!
