When I first heard of the drugstore game, I thought it sounded more complicated than College Chemistry. Not to mention, almost every scenario that I came across assumed you had MONTHS of coupons at your disposal. It never failed I’d find a scenario I wanted to get brave enough to try and it would require coupons from 3 months ago. Or would assume that you already had Extra Care Bucks in your posession (I rarely do…I pretty much use them the day I get them).
That was so discouraging! So this week I put together an easy beginner’s CVS scenario. If you have a printer, a nearby CVS and a general idea of what the drugstore game entails…you can do this. If you are unclear what I am even talking about, I encourage you to read my article about The Drugstore Game.
2 Biore Products $6 each
-$1 off Biore Product internet printable (print twice..just hit your back button and reload page)
Receive back $3 ECB
Stop there and you have $14.99 worth of products for $6.25 after ECB’s. Use your ECB’s for something you need…a gallon of milk? Or save it for next week!
This is an incredibly basic CVS scenario…you can do this exactly or just use it as a base to build off of. If you need any help, shoot me an email. I’ve been where you are!
I do all of my coupon match-ups using the coupon database at We Use Coupons!
