A Few Things About Trash #JoyInEveryBag

This post contains sponsored content. All opinions are my own.

My husband had  surgery a bit over a week ago. There’s nothing like someone being out of commission to make you truly appreciate all that they do for you!

All of a sudden, the trash can was overflowing and it dawned on me that *I* had to take it out. I mean don’t get me wrong, I take out the trash from time to time. I just don’t take it out EVERY time.

We produce a lot of trash y’all.

When you are solely responsible for taking out ALL of the trash in the household, you learn a few things about it.

#1: The bags we use in the kitchen are WAY too big. By the time the trash can fills up, the bag is only half filled. We really need to be using kitchen sized trash bags in there.

#2: Trash is stinky (duh?)

I recently found out about these new Glade scented trash bags. These Glad scented trash bags come in two irresistible Gain scents— Original and Island Fresh— to keep your kitchen clean and neutralize odors.

  • Provides continuous odor neutralization that leaves behind Gain’s fresh scent
  • Reinforcing bands help add strength while saving plastic
  • Strong drawstring makes closing and carrying easy
  • Available in 13-gallon size

These bags hit shelves March 2015 at a suggested retail price of $8-$12 per carton at Walmart, Target, Dollar General and Family Dollar retailers nationwide. Additional information can be found by visiting here.

Hopefully we’ll see some coupons on this too!
