I would love to lose some weight! WE just moved into a new house and have a community pool so I would like to lose 30 lbs by summer!
ViSalus could make my breakfasts and lunches easier to pack, especially on weekdays! I think 30 lbs in 90 days is a pretty realistic goal as well.

I have been trying to lose the same 10 pounds for years and just can’t seem to do it. I think this would be just the kick start I need!
I think 25 pounds sounds like a reasonable amount of weight to lose in 90 days, especially when the program includes drinks for pre-workouts and energy in general. I started exercising last year but anything that can give me an extra boost and provide that extra little bit of encouragement to keep it up, is more than welcome.
To get off of my blood pressure meds by losing enough weight in 90 days. I think body by vi would help because it has helped so many others lose weight
