We are a big fan of meal planning in our family.
Honestly, without a plan, we spend way too much money on groceries. Especially with our super busy schedule, we need to sit down and map out our week so we know what days need to be quick and easy meals and which days we can spend a bit more time.
Meal planning is just essential for us.
I use a variety of methods for meal planning. My meal plans vary based on my goals for that week. Some weeks I know I need to recipe test for the blog. Those weeks, I plan out my meals based on the recipes I want to test. Some weeks, I need to clear out the pantry, so I build our meal plan around what we need to get rid of.
And some weeks I just need help. I need an outline and I need someone to TELL me what to do. Those are the weeks that I’m SO glad I have eMeals.
We love eMeals and we eat at least 1 or 2 eMeals recipes a week. Some weeks we go straight from the menu with absolutely no substitutions. Those are the weeks when I am so thankful that someone else has done all the work for me and all I have to do is shop and cook!
eMeals has a variety of options for Meal Plans, so check them out here. I’m sure they’ll have a plan that will work for you!
