It’s been 10 weeks since I started Nutrisystem, so here is my weeks 9 and 10 in review! Yes, that’s right…2 weeks in one post? Why?
Because I was embarrassed.
I fell waaaaay off the wagon. Big time. In fact I gained quite a bit. 2 lbs. Luckily I strapped down and got back to basics in week 10 and I’m back down the 2 lbs I gained.
Which has me maintaining my loss from Week 8…but I’ll take it!
Things are still going well, this just seems to be a pattern for me. Usually it’s around 4-6 weeks I lost sight of my goals and slip into bad habits. Luckily it wasn’t really slipping into bad habits that got me this time though.
I think it was kind of rebellion?
Regardless…it’s over and in the past and I’m ready to move on to bigger (or smaller as the case may be) things!
So now that we’re looking to the future, what needs to change? I admit I’ve let summer fun/work get in the way of being active. So I definitely need to step it up a notch in the purposeful exercise area. I’ve also let my water drinking slide. Which is very strange for me. I’ve always been a HUGE water drinker!
Tomorrow I have my follow up appointment with my endo to see if the thyroid meds I am on are at the correct doseage. I suspect they are not…so maybe getting that adjusted will help a bit as well.
