Target Trip: (2) 24 Packs of Play Doh & 2 Games (See What I Spent!)

Don’t forget about these great stackable coupons at Target!

I ran over to my local Target this morning and grabbed some great deals!

These are the coupons I had:

(2) – $3/1 Chutes & Ladders, Candyland, Cootie, or  Memory Board Game Target Web Coupon

(2) – $3/1 Candy Land, Chutes & Ladders, Cootie or Memory Game (exp 04/15/2012)

(2) – $3/1 Play Doh 24 pack Target web Coupon

(2) – $3/1 Play Doh 24 pack Manufacturer Coupon

With these coupons I purchased (2) 24 packs of Play Doh, a Memory Game and the Cootie the game for $11.70.

My receipt says I saved $33.80, but I’d argue it was more. The Play Doh normally sells for $17+. It was on sale for $9.99. 

I looked like a fool because the only Cootie games left were WAY in the back on the top shelf. I ended up grabbing a memory game and using that to nudge the Cootie game down! Oh the woes of being a shortie!

Can I admit something? I actually grabbed TWO Cootie Games and TWO Memory Games at first. 

In my mind, I had 4 game coupons…meaning 4 games.

Apparently I totally forgot that I was stacking them.

See! It happens to me too! LOL

The cashier was super impressed with my savings. Don’t you love when that happens?

Hurry and print those coupons and head to your local Target! It was very clear I was not the first to do this deal and I fear that most Target’s will be wiped out soon!

Throw these babies in your gift closet, or better yet…donate them to a family that really needs them.

My son’s birthday party is Sunday, so 2 are going to him. 1 is being donated and the other is going into the gift closet.
