I first read The Hunger Games about a year ago. It’s been a LONG time since a book swept me away like that. I’m an avid reader and a very fast reader, but the speed at which I read this trilogy shocked even me. It’s SO good.

  4. My favorite character is Katniss. Her journey of self discovery at the core of the story is what drives the trilogy, and I think she is a great role model for young women.

This is my blog post 🙂 I have not read the books cause my hubby forbid me to start buying the books because if it is like harry potter or twilight (the 3rd book ruined the whole series for me BTW) I will buy the whole series in a week cause i wont take my nose out of the books until i have completed them all LOL He is a very smart man! 🙂 BUT if i win them then i wouldn’t be spending money and breaking the rule! LOL he would be thrilled
