I often have readers tell me that they struggle to find friends to earn this referral promotions. Here are some of my tips:
- Remind them that they don’t have to actually make a purchase for you to get credit
- Remind them that they need to confirm their account for you to get credit
- Let them know about other deals they might be interested in on there.
- Agree to be a referral for them on another site.
- Be honest and not spammy.
- If you are on a forum that allows referral links, post it there! (be careful though, most forums do not allow referral links! For instance I do NOT allow referral links on my Facebook fan page. It would get spammy and scammy way too fast! )
