We LOVE this church. We have been attending since around 2005, and from the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place we would raise our kids. A laid back atmosphere (there is a starbucks in the church…really!), come as you are feeling of acceptance washes over you from the moment you enter. The Restoration Band makes you feel like you are at a Christian rock concert every Sunday. And I honestly don’t know how, but every single week, the message delivered is one I need. Clearly God is doing great things here!

Using your Life Journal is an important way you build your relationship with God. Like any relationship, you and I have to work at this regularly. I strongly recommend finding daily time to do this. It needs to become a habit, and typically it takes 21 days to develop a habit. So, don’t try this a couple of days and then give up. Make a commitment, for the sake of your relationship with Christ, to do this for a month. If you do that, I know God will use this time to bless and encourage you. And at the end of that first month, you won’t want to stop.

If you don’t have a church home, I encourage you to join us on Sunday morning. You won’t be disappointed!

Free Family Nights are offered every Thursday!

Sunday: noon – 6 p.m.

The Kemah Boardwalk– fun fun fun! Eat at one of the fantastic restaurants here, or just run around and play in the fountains! Look, she loved it!

Be sure to check out online to see when they have live music and fireworks. We often go to Kemah just to play and look around.

Houston Zoo– We are big fans of the zoo, in fact we have an annual membership! We mainly go in the spring and fall since Houston summers make being outside for extended periods of time not all that pleasant. The Houston zoo is constantly adding new and exciting exhibits.
