I just ordered and did not get the 10% off my total order, although the 10% walking shoe discount did work. They also do not combine discounts in the same order. I had to call customer service to find out what was going on. I ended up getting the 10% off the order, which was more anyway. Where did this sale information come from? The customer service rep when through her entire list of sales/discounts and did not see this one at all.

I just got an email from the customer service rep from New Balance. They were not informed about the promotion, which is a legitimate one. However, I am still not sure why it did not work for me, unless there is a code that should have been entered or something. You didn’t post one and no information showed up when I went to their homepage. Oh, well, at least I got my shoes and the 10% off the order!
I’m sorry, I’m just now seeing this. It was New Balance that sent me the info on the sale through their marketing channels so I’m surprised they said they didn’t know about the promotion (they even provided the picture! LOL). There is a code included in this post, did you try to use that code?
