Sam’s Club is offering FREE Health Screenings on October 8th, 2016 from 11am to 4pm.

Membership not required. Screening types and quantities may vary by state and club. Limited quantity available. Screenings only available at clubs with a Pharmacy. Vision screening/testing is only available in clubs with an Optical Center; may vary by location and subject to state laws.

Tests include glucose, total cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), risk ratio, blood pressure, body fat percentage, vision screening/testing and hearing.
