There are different sellers and I’m not sure why the $9.99 one is coming up for y’all via this link, but that one is the best bet if you do not have amazon prime since it has free shipping. The promo code will NOT work on that one though. If you have Amazon Prime, the $11.99 with the promo code is the best bet. Choose to “see more sellers” if you can’t find the seller.
Mid Atlantic Outdoors sells the $9.99 with free shipping one (best without amazon prime) and iTech was the one that sold the $11.99 one that is currently sold out (that used the promo code). Hope that helps!
