Creamy Keto and Low Carb Parmesan Spinach Recipe! This keto and low carb side dish is super flavorful and a crowd pleaser whether you are on a low carb/keto diet or not! This spinach side dish recipe whips up quickly and easily.

I LOVE Spinach. This creamy spinach is unbelievable. Whether you are keto/low carb or you just appreciate a good spinach dish, you will LOVE this recipe.  I could have likely eaten this whole pan by myself. It is incredibly rich though, so a little goes a long way.

This thickens up quickly. If you want to thin it out, use some milk, but be careful it could get too thin very quickly.

Creamy Parmesan Spinach Recipe – Keto/Low Carb

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 (10 oz) bag of fresh spinach
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions: 

  1. Melt your butter in a large skillet; cook your onion in the butter until translucent.
  2. Add your spinach a bit at a time until it fully wilts.
  3. Add all ingredients except for Parmesan cheese and cook through until the cream cheese is melted
  4. Once everything is melted, add Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

This is so simple and so tasty. It packs a big flavor punch!
